Mr. Crist has over 37 years of experience in the Architectural field. Prior to the Cannon Group Mr. Crist was a project manager with a major health care architectural firm. He is familiar with all building types and design project phases, including site survey, design development documentations, compliancy and coordinating construction drawings and specifications, construction management and project coordination. Since joining the Cannon Group 14 years ago, Mr. Crist has been involved with all of the roof design and waterproofing projects in some capacity. In addition to design projects, Mr. Crist assists with legal projects concerning building envelope issues, attending forensic investigations, documenting, and report preparation.

NJM Insurance Group | Senior Roof Designer
West Trenton, New Jersey

The project involved the investigation and assessment of multiple roof areas totaling approximately 140,000 square feet. Visual, invasive and thermographic surveys were performed of the individual roof areas in order to provide a comprehensive assessment of the existing roof conditions. The field data was utilized to develop construction documents and technical specifications for the removal and replacement of approximately 84,000 square feet of roof area. In addition, Cannon Group developed drawings and specifications to address remedial repairs to the remaining existing roof areas totaling approximately 32,000 square feet of roofing.

The project involved the investigation and assessment of multiple roof areas totaling approximately 282,000 square feet. Visual surveys were performed of the individual roof areas in order to provide a comprehensive assessment of the existing roof conditions. In addition, Cannon Group performed a visual inspection of the exterior building envelope to identify areas of distress and deterioration as well as to develop a general condition assessment of the façade and to recommend a remedial course of action to address such conditions.
