(Cannon Group) is an architectural and engineering firm specializing in the investigation, analysis, and remediation of roofing, waterproofing, and building envelope issues as well as providing structural engineering services. Cannon Group routinely investigates, assesses, and evaluates performance related issues associated with installed roofing, building envelope, and structural systems of numerous building types. Cannon Group utilizes the investigative data to develop assessment reports, construction documents and technical specifications initiating remedial repairs for performance related issues. These services have been the core of Cannon Group work since its incorporation in 1982.
Cannon Group provides professional services to numerous Federal, State, and local governmental agencies, school districts, large and small commercial clients, design professionals, insurance companies, and the legal profession.
Cannon Group has a specialized staff including a registered architect, a professional engineer, former roofing contractors, and a roofing manufacturer technical inspector. Each individual staff member brings the firm years of experience obtained from various positions throughout the building industry allowing a deep understanding of all aspects of building design and construction with respect to roofing, waterproofing, building envelope, and structural building systems. Cannon Group's in-depth knowledge of building construction includes both short and long term performance of common building elements.
